I sure hope that everyone had an egg-cellent Easter! I sure did...the day started out with an egg hunt at my home. The Easter Bunny came and "hid" eggs around my house and left me a basket full of goodies. Mommy and daddy were so impressed with my egg finding ability. Then it was off to the Andersen side and finally to the Heiberger home. It was a busy, fun filled day and as you can tell, I was pretty pooped by the time I got home!
My first time swimming! It was fun, but the water was cold. Next month Mommy & me are taking swimming lessons and they will be in the therapy pool where it is nice and warm. I can't wait! I'm definately not a fish in the water...yet.
Now that I am a big girl, doctor says I can start trying to feed myself. Doesn't work too well...I just don't understand how the food ends up on me more often than in my mouth.
My sitter Lori had a birthday party for my friend Caden. Mommy came to pick me up and I had my hat on AND my birthday "cone" hat...mommy got a kick out of it.
I wish mommy would stop putting me in dresses now that I can crawl...they just get in my way. Now that I am moving around, I try to pull myself up. I'm really close, but not quite there. I better keep eating my veggies so I can grow big and strong!
At dinner last night, Chloe made a cute little friend. This little girl walked over to our table. She said her name was Natalee. Chloe immediately struck up a conversation with her...it was just too precious. Chloe tried her hardest to talk with this girl and play with her. She even tapped little Natalee's shoulder to get her attention.
I think that I have quite a social butterfly on my hands. It is a refreshing feeling to know this about my daughter.
